Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Mix pumpkin and oats in a bowl until fully combined.
3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
4. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
6. Cool on the pan before serving.
