Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch metal pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang.
2. Melt butter, then whisk with both sugars and oil until glossy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each. Stir in vanilla and espresso powder.
4. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
