Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Cabbage slaw (shredded cabbage, lime juice, cilantro)
  • Chipotle lime crema (Greek yogurt, chipotle powder, lime juice)
  • Toppings: avocado, tomatoes, cotija cheese, mango salsa

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high. Sear shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly crisp.
  3. Warm tortillas on the stove or in the oven.
  4. Fill each tortilla with cabbage slaw, cooked shrimp, and a drizzle of chipotle lime crema.
