- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Asiago cheese
- ½ cup salami, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup green olives, chopped
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp each of dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes
Topping/Serving:
- Sun-dried tomatoes with oil (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Rosemary sprigs (for decoration)
- Crackers, baguette slices, or veggie sticks
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the cheese log in a bowl until smooth.
- Line a loaf pan with cling wrap and press the mixture into the pan. Chill for 4 hours.
- Turn onto a serving platter and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and rosemary.
- Serve with crackers or veggies at room temperature for the best flavor.
Notes
- Use Philadelphia cream cheese for firmer results.
- For a vegetarian version, skip salami and add Parmesan.
