  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp each of dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes

     

    Topping/Serving:

    • Sun-dried tomatoes with oil (for garnish)
    • Fresh parsley, chopped
    • Rosemary sprigs (for decoration)
    • Crackers, baguette slices, or veggie sticks

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for the cheese log in a bowl until smooth.
  • Line a loaf pan with cling wrap and press the mixture into the pan. Chill for 4 hours.
  • Turn onto a serving platter and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and rosemary.
  • Serve with crackers or veggies at room temperature for the best flavor.
