Description
Fast, healthy, and easy air fryer chicken breasts that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel.
3. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with olive oil.
4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
5. Rub spice mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
6. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Cook at 375°F for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
8. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Cooking time may vary based on air fryer model and chicken breast size.
Chicken breasts can be marinated beforehand for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
