Description
A no-bake Lasagna Dessert made with vanilla Oreos, creamy cheesecake pudding, and whipped topping for an easy and festive Christmas treat.
Ingredients
48 vanilla Oreo cookies (divided)
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (divided)
2 (8 oz) tubs whipped topping
1 (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Instructions
1. Optional: line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper for easier slicing
2. Crush 36 Oreo cookies in a food processor into crumbs
3. Mix crumbs with melted butter and ½ tablespoon sprinkles
4. Press mixture into bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish
5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
6. Fold in 1 container of whipped topping and ½ tablespoon sprinkles
7. Spread cream cheese layer over cookie crust
8. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk; let sit for 3 minutes
9. Stir in ½ tablespoon sprinkles and spread over cream cheese layer
10. Top with second container of whipped topping
11. Crush remaining 12 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top
12. Add remaining sprinkles on top
13. Refrigerate for 4 hours or freeze before serving
14. Slice and serve
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freeze (covered) for up to 1 month; thaw 1 hour before slicing.
Freezing helps achieve cleaner, prettier slices.
