Description
Lemon Creamade is a smooth, sweet, and tangy citrus drink made with fresh lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and ice. It comes together in about 5 minutes and works beautifully for summer days, parties, and quick gatherings.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 cups cold water
Ice, for serving
Lemon slices, optional garnish
Fresh mint, optional garnish
Instructions
1. Squeeze fresh lemons to get 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain out seeds. You can use bottled lemon juice if needed.
2. Add the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk to a large pitcher. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
3. Pour in the cold water and continue mixing until the drink looks creamy and evenly combined.
4. Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the Lemon Creamade over the ice.
5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired, then serve immediately.

Makes about 8 servings.
Best served immediately over ice for the best texture and flavor.
For a fizzy version, replace part of the water with sparkling water or lemon lime soda.
For an adult version, add vodka, rum, or tequila.
