Ingredients
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 vanilla cakes)
8 oz white chocolate or white candy melts, for coating
3 tbsp festive sprinkles, optional
3 tbsp red candy melts, for drizzling
Green sanding sugar, for decoration
Instructions
1. Unwrap the cakes and place them in a large bowl.
2. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until a crumbly dough forms.
3. Mix in festive sprinkles, if using.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment, wax paper, or a silicone mat.
5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
6. Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator until firm.
7. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
8. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate using a fork.
9. Set the coated truffles back on the lined sheet.
10. Melt red candy melts in a piping or zip-top bag in 30-second intervals, massaging between.
11. Snip the tip and drizzle the red candy over the truffles.
12. Sprinkle green sanding sugar on top before the coating sets.
13. Refrigerate until fully set, then serve chilled.
