Description
No-bake mini banana cream pies made with graham cracker crusts, fresh bananas, banana pudding, and homemade whipped cream. Fast, easy, and crowd-pleasing.
Ingredients
6 mini graham cracker pie shells
2 medium ripe bananas
1 package instant banana pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1 sheet graham crackers (crushed)
Instructions
1. Prepare banana pudding with milk and let it set for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until firm peaks form (about 6 minutes).
3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of pudding into each mini pie crust.
4. Layer 5 banana slices on top of the pudding.
5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over banana slices.
6. Pipe whipped cream over each pie using a large star tip.
7. Add more graham cracker crumbs on top.
8. Garnish each pie with a fresh banana slice before serving.
9. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 2 days.
Notes
Add banana garnish just before serving to prevent browning.
For a twist, use chocolate or caramel pudding.
Crusts can be swapped with mini chocolate or vanilla wafer crusts.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Make sure whipped cream is firmly whipped to hold its shape.
