Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
¼ cup butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
1¼ cups powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
3 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease six ramekins.
2. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
3. Mix in 1 cup powdered sugar and the flour until combined.
4. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract; stir until the batter is smooth.
5. Divide batter evenly among ramekins and place them on a cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 13–15 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
7. Loosen cakes with a knife, invert onto plates, and dust with the remaining powdered sugar.
8. Serve warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream.
