Description
This 4-ingredient Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix is a dreamy, no-fuss dessert packed with nostalgic flavors. A warm, golden delight that’s oven-ready in minutes—just like Nonna used to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans (29 oz each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix (white, yellow, or French vanilla)
- 1 cup melted butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon spice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Drain the canned peaches but reserve ½ cup of syrup.
- Layer the peaches evenly in the pan and drizzle the reserved syrup over them.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top (if using).
- Evenly distribute the dry cake mix across the peaches. Do not stir.
- Drizzle melted butter across the surface, coating as much of the cake mix as possible.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days. Tent with foil if browning too fast.
