Description

This 4-ingredient Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix is a dreamy, no-fuss dessert packed with nostalgic flavors. A warm, golden delight that’s oven-ready in minutes—just like Nonna used to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (29 oz each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix (white, yellow, or French vanilla)
  • 1 cup melted butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon spice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Drain the canned peaches but reserve ½ cup of syrup.
  4. Layer the peaches evenly in the pan and drizzle the reserved syrup over them.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top (if using).
  6. Evenly distribute the dry cake mix across the peaches. Do not stir.
  7. Drizzle melted butter across the surface, coating as much of the cake mix as possible.
  8. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days. Tent with foil if browning too fast.
