Instructions
1. Stir the strawberry gelatin into boiling water until completely dissolved
2. Let the gelatin cool to room temperature
3. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth

5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined
6. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries
7. Add marshmallows or chopped nuts if using
