Description
Juicy, cheesy, and packed with garlic-herb flavor, these Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are quick to make and even better to eat.
Ingredients
**For the Chicken Skewers**
2 lbs chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
1 tsp dried dill
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
**For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce**
1 stick butter
8–10 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces.
3. Toss chicken with olive oil and all seasoning ingredients.
4. Thread tightly onto skewers.
5. Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
6. Add remaining sauce ingredients and stir until smooth.
7. Set aside 1/3 of sauce for basting, keep rest for final glaze.
8. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
9. Cook skewers 5 minutes.
10. Flip, baste, cook 2 more minutes.
11. Flip again, baste, cook 5–6 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
12. Glaze with reserved clean sauce and sprinkle with extra parmesan.
