Ingredients
1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup minced red onion
2/3 cup diced dill pickles
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place cooled, shredded chicken, red onion, and pickles in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, relish, mustard, chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until fully coated.
4. Adjust seasoning as needed.
5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to enhance flavor.
