- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
- Green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through (165°F).
- Remove chicken and pour sauce into the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot!
