Description
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is a quick no bake dessert made with cream cheese, whipped cream, and strawberry jam. This fluffy, creamy dip comes together in just 10 minutes and pairs perfectly with fruit, cookies, or pretzels.
Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature so it blends smoothly.
2. Beat cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla extract together until completely smooth and creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until medium peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
5. Transfer to a serving dish.
6. Warm strawberry jam slightly if thick, then swirl it over the top.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Softened cream cheese prevents lumps and creates a smooth texture.
A hand mixer or stand mixer helps achieve a fluffy consistency.
Warm thick jam briefly for easier swirling.
Heavy cream can be replaced with whipped topping, but adjust sweetness if needed.
You can substitute strawberry jam with raspberry, peach, blackberry, or other fruit spreads.
Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes after thawing.
