Description

Strawberry Shortcake Pudding Cups are a quick no-bake dessert with layers of crunchy cookie crumbs, creamy cheesecake pudding, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for parties or easy sweet treats.

Ingredients

Scale

20 golden vanilla Oreos

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries

2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake pudding mix

4 cups cold whole milk

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)

810 small 4 oz cups or jars

Instructions

1. Crush the cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag.

2. Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until smooth.

3. Gently mix in diced strawberries and let the pudding thicken slightly.

4. Add a spoonful of crumb mixture into each cup.

5. Layer pudding over crumbs, then repeat layers until cups are filled.

6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

7. Top with whipped cream, extra crumbs, and a strawberry slice before serving.

Notes

Best assembled a few hours before serving to keep crumbs slightly crunchy.

Add whipped cream just before serving for best texture.

Do not freeze as fresh strawberries will release too much moisture.

You can swap pudding flavors or use different cookies for variation.

You can also add cake pieces for a more traditional shortcake feel.
