Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
2 green onions, sliced
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth
2. Stir in shredded cheese, drained tomatoes, and green onions
3. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla
4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log
5. Wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm
6. Slice into bite-sized pinwheels and serve
