Description
A creamy, no-bake Christmas fudge with rich chocolate layers, sweet white chocolate, and cheerful sprinkles. Perfect for gifting, sharing, or adding to cookie boxes during the holidays.
Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided evenly, ~7 oz per layer)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz white chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla extract (divided: 1 tsp per layer)
2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Optional: ½ to 1 tsp peppermint extract (for the semi-sweet chocolate layer)
Nonstick spray and parchment paper for pan
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Add 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips and 7 oz condensed milk to a bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until melted.
3. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract and peppermint extract if using. Spread into the pan for the bottom layer.
4. In another bowl, add 6 oz white chocolate chips and the remaining 7 oz condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
5. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract, then mix in 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles. Spread gently over the chocolate layer.
6. Add extra sprinkles on top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
7. Slice into neat squares and serve or package for gifts.
Notes
Use the full 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk for perfect texture.
Have all tools ready before melting—fudge sets fast.
Avoid overheating chocolate; gentle heat keeps it glossy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
For clean cuts, warm the knife and wipe between slices.
Great for gifting in tins, boxes, or cellophane bags.
