Description

A creamy, no-bake dessert layered with French vanilla pudding, crushed Oreos, and fluffy whipped topping. Kid-friendly and perfect for parties or summer get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale

3½ cups whole milk

2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant French vanilla pudding

28 Oreo cookies (14 oz), divided (8 chopped, rest crushed)

½ cup salted butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream), thawed

Gummy worms (optional, for topping)

Instructions

1. Whisk the milk and pudding mix together. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.

2. Chop 8 Oreos into ¼–½ inch pieces.

3. Crush remaining Oreos into fine crumbs.

4. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add powdered sugar and beat until combined.

6. Add chilled pudding and mix until smooth.

7. Fold in Cool Whip until fully incorporated.

8. Layer ingredients in dish: pudding mixture, crushed Oreos, chopped Oreos. Repeat.

9. End with crushed Oreos on top.

10. Add gummy worms if using.

11. Chill overnight, at least 12 hours.

12. Serve cold in a trifle bowl, dish, or individual cups.

Notes

Chilling overnight enhances both flavor and texture.

Stick with French vanilla pudding and double-stuffed Oreos for best taste.

You can swap in gluten-free cookies, chocolate pudding, or homemade whipped cream.

Add gummy worms only on top if you don’t want fruity flavors inside.
