This Valentine’s Day Oreo Cookie Bark is a quick, no-bake treat with creamy vanilla candy coating, crushed Oreos, and festive sprinkles. Perfect for gifts, parties, or a fun dessert night.
Ingredients
30 Double-Stuf Oreo cookies, divided (24 whole, 6 crushed)
24 ounces vanilla candy coating (such as Candiquik or almond bark), divided
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Festive sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
2. Melt half of the vanilla candy coating in the microwave for 45 seconds, stirring until smooth; continue heating in 15-second intervals if needed.
3. Spread the melted coating in a thin layer over the prepared baking sheet.
4. Place 24 whole Oreo cookies in a single layer over the coating.
5. Melt the remaining vanilla coating and pour it over the Oreos, spreading evenly.
6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top; use a butter knife to swirl the chocolates together.
7. Top with 6 crushed Oreo cookies and festive sprinkles.
8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour until fully set.
9. Break into chunks once hardened.
