Ingredients

Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker
2. Add white beans, corn, green chiles, chicken broth, and seasonings
3. Cover and cook on low for several hours until chicken is tender
4. Remove chicken and shred with forks
5. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker
6. Add block cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth
