Description

Creamy White Chocolate Cherry Fudge with a soft, fluffy texture and bursts of sweet-tart cherries. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or quick homemade desserts.


Ingredients

1/2 cup finely chopped maraschino cherries, dried

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

2 cups sugar

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons marshmallow cream

1 drop pink food coloring


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper

2. Finely chop cherries and pat dry thoroughly

3. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cream, and salt and heat until melted

4. Bring mixture to a boil and cook to 235°F using a candy thermometer

5. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream until smooth

6. Add food coloring and mix evenly

7. Fold in chopped cherries

8. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly

9. Let set at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours

10. Cut into small squares and serve

Notes

Dry cherries well to avoid excess moisture

Use parchment paper for easy removal

Let fudge fully set before cutting

Warm knife under hot water for clean slices
