Description

These 4th Of July Oreo Balls are easy, no bake, and festive with a creamy Oreo center, smooth white chocolate shell, and red, white, and blue decorations.

Ingredients

Scale

36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark

Red and blue candy melts or food coloring for decoration

Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

2. Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like mixture.

3. Roll the mixture into small even balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

4. Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator until firm.

5. Melt the white chocolate until smooth.

6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate until fully coated.

7. Place the coated balls back on the lined baking sheet.

8. Let the coating begin to set.

9. Melt the red and blue candy melts, then drizzle over the coated Oreo balls.

10. Add sprinkles before the coating fully sets, if using.

11. Let the Oreo balls harden completely before serving.

Notes

Keep the mixture cold while shaping to make handling easier.

Use a fork or dipping tool for smoother coating.

If the chocolate thickens, reheat it gently.

Add decorations before the coating fully sets so they stick properly.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Freeze for longer storage and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
