Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 yellow bell pepper sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
1/2 yellow onion sliced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
olive oil for coating
Instructions
1. Mix all spices together to create a seasoning blend
2. Place sliced chicken, peppers, and onion in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil
3. Toss everything until evenly coated
4. Add seasoning mix and toss again until fully coated
5. Transfer mixture to air fryer basket in a single layer
6. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through
7. Check that chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender
