Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450 g)
1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
2. Mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Brush the chicken breasts with oil on both sides.
4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken.
5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Cook at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes flipping halfway through.
7. Check the internal temperature and remove at 155 to 160°F.
8. Let the chicken rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Cook cutlets about 10 to 15 minutes at 370°F.
