Description
Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea is a refreshing vegan summer drink made with homemade peach raspberry syrup, chilled black tea, and ice. It comes together in 20 minutes and tastes sweet, fruity, and cooling.
Ingredients
½ cup sliced peaches
½ cup raspberries
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup water
1 cup chilled black tea
2 to 4 tablespoons peach raspberry syrup

Instructions
1. Combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally and warm gently without letting the mixture boil.
2. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes until the sugar dissolves fully, lightly mashing the fruit to release more flavor.
3. Remove from heat, strain out the fruit solids, and allow the syrup to cool.
4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the chilled black tea, and mix with 2 to 4 tablespoons of the peach raspberry syrup. Serve immediately.
Notes
Frozen peaches and raspberries can be used without thawing first.
Do not boil the syrup or it may become too thick and sticky.
Adjust the syrup amount depending on preferred sweetness.
Extra syrup can be used in lemonade, soda, cocktails, or other drinks.
Strained fruit pieces can be mixed into yogurt.
Tea ice cubes help prevent the drink from becoming diluted.
