1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon blanched slivered almonds
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1 teaspoon blue majik powder, blue butterfly pea powder, or natural food dye
White Layer:

½ cup unsweetened plain plant based milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or 2 pitted Medjool dates
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon blanched slivered almonds
Red Layer:
1 cup frozen cherries, raspberries, or strawberries
½ cup unsweetened plain plant based milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or 2 pitted Medjool dates
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon blanched slivered almonds
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
1 to 2 teaspoons beet root powder
Instructions
1. Chill two serving glasses in the freezer before starting.
2. Blend all blue layer ingredients until thick and creamy. Add small amounts of extra milk only if needed.
3. Divide the blue layer between the chilled glasses and freeze briefly.
4. Blend the white layer ingredients until smooth and thick.
5. Carefully spoon the white layer over the blue layer to keep the colors separated, then freeze again briefly.
6. Blend the red layer ingredients until creamy and vibrant.
7. Spoon the red layer gently over the white layer.
8. Serve immediately for the best texture and cleanest layers.
Notes
Keep each smoothie layer thick by using more frozen ingredients than liquid.
If blending feels difficult, use a tamper or add milk gradually, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Freeze the glasses between layers to help maintain clean separation.
Spoon layers into the glass gently instead of pouring to prevent colors from mixing.
Adjust sweetness, vanilla flavor, or color intensity to taste.
Frozen riced cauliflower creates a neutral, creamy base without affecting taste.
Best served immediately after layering.
