Ingredients

2 cucumbers

4 Roma tomatoes

1 cup sliced red onion

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup black olives

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp maple syrup

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


Instructions

1. Wash and slice the vegetables.
