Ingredients
1 peach, sliced, or canned peaches
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup peach syrup
3 cups ice
Sugar, to taste
Water, as needed
Optional lemon slices, peach slices, and mint for garnish
Instructions
1. Add peach juice, fresh lemon juice, peach syrup, sugar, and water to a large pitcher.
2. Stir until fully mixed.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
4. Add ice before serving or pour over ice in glasses.
5. For homemade peach syrup, simmer peaches, sugar, and water until soft.
6. Cool the syrup, then strain before using.
Notes
Adjust the balance of lemon juice and peach syrup to control sweetness and tartness.
Sparkling water, coconut water, or soda water can replace regular water.
Frozen peaches may be used if fresh peaches are unavailable.
