Description

A bright, tropical Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher made with dragon fruit powder, white grape juice, mango juice, ice, and dragon fruit pieces. Ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 teaspoon dragon fruit powder

2 cups white grape juice

1/2 cup mango juice

1/2 teaspoon green bean coffee extract, optional for caffeine

Ice

1/4 cup fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried dragon fruit, cut into cubes if using fresh

Instructions

1. Whisk together the dragon fruit powder, white grape juice, mango juice, and optional green bean coffee extract in a large pitcher until fully combined.

2. Divide the ice and dragon fruit pieces among 4 glasses.

3. Pour the refresher mixture over the ice and fruit, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier version, stir in 1/2 cup coconut milk.

For an adult beverage, add a small amount of rum or vodka.

Green bean coffee extract can be omitted for a caffeine-free drink.

Frozen or freeze-dried dragon fruit can be used instead of fresh.

For a frozen version, blend with ice, frozen mango, and/or frozen dragon fruit.

The prepared mixture can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for several days. Pour over ice when ready to serve.
