Description
This Patriotic No Bake Cheesecake is a light, creamy 4th of July dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy cream cheese filling, Cool Whip, and red, white, and blue sprinkles. It comes together in 30 minutes with no baking required and serves beautifully from a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Ingredients
2 packages graham crackers
2 tsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
12 tbsp melted butter
4 packages (8 oz each) softened cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
16 oz Cool Whip
1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles, plus extra for topping
Instructions
1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix in the flour and sugar, then blend in the melted butter until combined.
2. Press the crust mixture firmly into a 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside.
3. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
4. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
5. Gently stir in the sprinkles with minimal mixing to prevent the colors from bleeding.
6. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
7. Add extra sprinkles on top, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the sprinkles or the colors may streak into the filling.
The pan does not need to be greased before adding the crust.
Sprinkle quantity can be adjusted to taste.
The top can also be decorated with berries arranged like a flag.
Best served chilled.
Texture is light, creamy, and not overly rich or sweet.
Can be customized for different holidays or occasions with different toppings or decorations.
