Ingredients
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 fresh peach, skin on and pit removed
1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions
1. Add the yogurt, half and half, oats, chia seeds, protein powder, peach, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve immediately while cold.
