Ingredients
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons raw honey
4 to 5 pears
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 quart strawberries
Instructions
1. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl until fully blended, then set aside.
2. Slice the pears and cut them into star shapes using a small cutter.
3. Soak the pear stars briefly in citrus juice to help prevent browning.
4. Quarter the strawberries.
5. Place strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pear stars into a large bowl.
6. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
7. Gently mix to coat the fruit without crushing the berries.
8. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
9. If storing, add the dressing just before serving.
