Ingredients
Rotini or spiral pasta, cooked and cooled
Mozzarella cheese balls or cubed mozzarella
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Sliced black olives
Mini pepperoni slices
Fresh blueberries
Italian dressing
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until just tender, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely
2. Place cooled pasta in a large bowl and add tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, and blueberries
3. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated
4. Refrigerate until chilled, then stir again and adjust dressing before serving
Notes
Use any short pasta shape that holds dressing well
Adjust ingredient amounts to taste
Add dressing gradually to avoid overdressing
