Description

This Roasted Cherry Yogurt Bowl combines creamy Greek yogurt with warm, juicy roasted cherries, crunchy almonds, coconut, and chia seeds. It makes two servings and works well for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Honey, optional, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved cherries with the melted coconut oil.
  3. Spread the cherries on a baking sheet and roast until softened and juicy.
  4. Divide the Greek yogurt between two bowls.
  5. Top each bowl with the warm roasted cherries.
  6. Add the sliced almonds, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
  7. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe cherries for the best flavor.

Adjust the almonds, coconut, and chia seeds according to preference.

Honey is optional and can be added depending on your desired sweetness.

Serve the roasted cherries warm over the cool Greek yogurt for a pleasant temperature and texture contrast.
