Description

A crisp, creamy, and naturally sweet smoothie with spinach, green apple, and mango. Perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout drink, or refreshing snack.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (or dairy milk)

1 cup fresh baby spinach (loosely packed)

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 medium green apple (cored and diced)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions

1. Add milk, spinach, mango, apple, and chia seeds (if using) to blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Taste and add sweetener if desired; blend again briefly.

4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen mango for a thick, cold smoothie; fresh mango will yield a thinner smoothie.

Swap spinach for other greens like kale (remove tough stems).

Add extra protein with Greek yogurt or protein powder.

For nut-free, choose oat, soy, or dairy milk.

Best consumed immediately after blending.
