Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
4 to 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
1. Heat the vinegar and sugar together until the sugar dissolves.
2. Mix in the olive oil, salt, paprika, dry mustard, and crushed garlic.
3. Chill the dressing until cold.
4. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and sliced strawberries.
