Description

Summer Berry Jello Lasagna is a no-bake 4th of July dessert with a Golden Oreo crust, creamy blueberry layer, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

36 Golden Oreo cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons red sprinkles, optional

2 tablespoons white sprinkles, optional

2 tablespoons blue sprinkles, optional

6 oz berry blue gelatin

2/3 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold Greek yogurt

1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups whipped cream

6 oz strawberry gelatin

1 1/4 cups boiling water

3/4 cup iced water

4 cups sliced strawberries

2 cups whipped cream for topping

Additional sprinkles or fresh fruit for garnish


Instructions

1. Crush whole Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with sprinkles and melted butter until evenly coated.

2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill until set.

3. Dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 2/3 cup boiling water, then let it cool.

4. Blend blueberries with cold Greek yogurt until smooth.

5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

6. Fold in 1 3/4 cups whipped cream, then mix in the cooled blue gelatin and blueberry yogurt mixture.

7. Spread the blueberry cream cheese layer over the chilled crust. Chill until firm.

8. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Stir in iced water, then cool to room temperature.

9. Arrange sliced strawberries over the chilled blueberry layer.

10. Gently pour the cooled strawberry gelatin over the strawberries.

11. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until fully set.

12. Spread 2 cups whipped cream over the top before serving.

13. Garnish with extra sprinkles or fresh fruit, then slice and serve chilled.

Notes

This dessert needs several hours of chilling to fully set.

Overnight refrigeration gives the best texture and cleanest slices.

Use firm, fresh strawberries to prevent extra moisture.

Cool gelatin mixtures before adding them so they do not melt earlier layers.

Store refrigerated until serving.

Best made ahead for holidays, parties, and summer gatherings.
