Ingredients
1 cup vegan Greek yogurt
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Sliced banana
Raspberries
Cherries
Chia seeds
Granola
Dried cranberries
Dried raisins
Pepitas
Almonds
Pecans
Walnuts
Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, seed butter, maple syrup, or agave nectar
Optional additions: shredded coconut, chocolate chunks or chips, flaxseed, oats, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, or sweeteners
Instructions
1. Add the vegan Greek yogurt to a serving bowl.
2. Arrange the fruit, chia seeds, and desired toppings over the yogurt.
3. If using nut or seed butter, warm it briefly until pourable, then drizzle it over the bowl.
4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
Notes
This bowl is easy to customize with different fruits, seeds, nuts, granola, and sweeteners.
Warm nut butter briefly for easier drizzling.
You can prepare it the night before or a few days in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
