Ingredients
3 to 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 to 1½ cups sour cream
½ cup milk
2 cups cooked pasta (macaroni or penne)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Green onions (optional)
Optional topping:
1 to 1½ cups crushed butter crackers
¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
- Mix softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning, soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth
- Add cooked chicken, pasta, cheese, and bacon, then stir well
- Transfer mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly
- If using, mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly
- Let cool slightly and garnish with green onions before serving
